  2. Pay a holding deposit to my solicitor
  3. Instruct your own solicitor to do the transactions
  4. Pay the balance
  5. Enjoy your investment

Deposits are returnable, less legal fees, if you change your mind

All transactions to be done in UK pounds

Viewing of plots can be arranged subject to notice.

Road and sewer charges still apply whether you buy freehold or leasehold. Once all plots are sold (deposits paid) work on the roads, our own sewer and the community building will commence.

For those of you who might want to build a holiday home but need financing this can be arranged privately with your plot as security with not interest ( a small fee for the legal work).

Finally please remember this is not a profit making project for us since we will just about get our costs back. The aim is to put my saving where my mouth is and make a real difference to those who have nothing. You get an affordable investment, while the local people get work, training, food and a chance to help themselves.
