Prices and Plots
Each plot costs £5,000 of which £500 goes to the Community Training Centre and cafe/shop.
This is what will make a difference in the local area: free training, a place to meet and a cafe / shop run by locals with profits going to a farming/growing area at the side of our plots which in turn will be donated to the very poorest of the area.
You will own 1/20th of the Community Centre & Care/Shop (per plot bought) and can have as much input into it or hands on as you like.
The plots will be leasehold with the option to buy the freehold
at the cost of the lawyers' and government land fees which are approx. £700.

Note:
There will be a charge for sewer and road maintenance which is going to
be about £100 per year.
The average price to build a 2 bed by a builder is £12,000. If you build yourself and directly employ trades then it's about £7,000.
